NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING:

Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to members of the Happy Valley East Charter School that the Governing Board’s first scheduled meeting is open to the public on Friday, July 6th, 2012 1:30 PM at 827 East 6th Ave Mesa, Arizona. 

  1. Call to Order
  2. Final Call for Public Comment on Agendized Items and Non-Agendized Matters (The Chair reserves the right to enforce a two minute limit per speaker.)
  3. Temporary acceptance by each of the board of directors to serve.
  4. Election of officers
  5. Acceptance of Charter granted by the State of Arizona.
  6. Authorize Glen Gaddie to review and sign the Charter Contract.
  7. Acceptance of Grant authorized by the state of Arizona.
  8. Authorize Glen Gaddie to accept and sign documents as needed to accept the grant.
  9. Authorize a banking facility.
  10. Authorize bank signature authority and limits.
  11. Authorize Glen Gaddie to arrange and sign as needed for the receipt of payments from the state of Arizona.
  12. Grant Purchasing, borrowing and bank signature authority to Glen Gaddie.
  13. Review and approve temporary lease facility for Happy Valley East.
  14. Review and accept proposed budget for year 2012-13.
  15. Acknowledgments (Open Floor for Board Members)
  16. Old Business: NONE
  17. Set next governing board of directors meeting date and time.
  18. Adjournment
