“This student is very dependable. I can always count on her to get all of her work done on time. She always does her best work. She loves reading and taking AR tests. She met her goal the second week of the third quarter. I can always count on her to follow directions and make good choices. We are lucky to have her in our class!”
Strength of: Dependability – Mrs. Horlacher
“This student enjoys winning. Everyday is a new competition for him whether he is competing against his classmates in a game of basketball at recess or competing with him self to beat his goal in rocket math. He is usually the first student in the class to pass off sight words or math facts because of his competitive nature. Although he is competitive, he understands it is more important to be correct rather than be first. He is able to find the appropriate balance between speed and accuracy to push himself to the front of our class in most areas.”
Strength of: Competing – Ms. Staggie
“Skylyn demonstrates confidence in her work every day. Skylyn truly shows the characteristics of this strength because she is not loud or boastful. She knows that even if she does not know, she will figure it out. She happily takes on new tasks and believes in herself. She does not need to be first or tell others that she got it. Skylyn is a great example of using her confidence to tackle whatever the day brings her.”
